急性心肌梗死后室性心律失常采用胺碘酮治疗的临床疗效研究

摘要
目的观察急性心肌梗死后室性心律失常采用胺碘酮治疗的临床疗效。方法选取本院2017年9月至2018年7月收治的88例急性心肌梗死后室性心律失常患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各44例。其中实验组采用胺碘酮进行治疗,对照组采用利多卡因进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗疗效以及不良反应发生率。结果实验组患者在治疗后疗效的总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);且实验组患者平均复律时间、心脏不良事件以及不良反应均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论采用胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死后室性心律失常疗效显著,治疗后不良反应较低。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amiodarone on ventricular arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 88 patients with ventricular arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 44 cases each. The experimental group was treated with amiodarone,and the control group was treated with lidocaine. Treatment effect and adverse events were compared between groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). In addition,the mean cardioversion time,adverse cardiac events and adverse reactions of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Amiodarone is effective in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction.
