摘要
目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血尿酸(UA)、血肌酐(Scr)、血清胆红素(TBIL)水平与SYNTAX积分的相关性。方法回顾性分析我院120例急性冠状动脉综合征患者,根据患者SYNTAX积分分为低危组53例、中危组46例、高危组21例。收集患者一般资料以及血生化资料,比较三组患者血生化指标水平,并进行相关性分析。结果高危组男性、年龄大于65岁、吸烟、有冠心病家族史的比例明显高于低危组(P<0.05),三组患者在不良饮食方式、脑卒中史的分布上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高危组Hcy、UA、Scr水平高于低危组,TBIL水平低于低危组(P<0.05)。Hcy、UA水平与SYNTAX积分成正相关(P<0.05),TBIL水平与SYNTAX积分成负相关(P<0.05),Scr水平与SYNTAX积分无明显相关关系(P>0.05)。结论急性冠状动脉综合征患者Hcy、UA、TBIL水平与SYNTAX积分具有相关性,可作为判断冠脉病变严重程度的辅助指标。
        Objective To investigate the relationship of levels of homocysteine(Hcy), serum uric acid(UA), serum creatinine(Scr)and serum total bilirubin(TBIL) with SYNTAX integrals in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 120 patients with ACS in the hospital. According to SYNTAX integrals of patients, they were divided into low-risk group(53 cases), intermediate-risk group(46 cases) and high-risk group(21 cases). The general data and blood biochemical data were collected. The levels of blood biochemical indicators of the three groups were compared. The correlation analysis was conducted. Results The proportion of males, age more than 65 years old, smoking and family history of coronary heart disease in the high-risk group was significantly higher than that in the low-risk group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the distribution of adverse eating patterns or stroke history among the three groups(P>0.05). The levels of Hcy, UA and Scr in the high-risk group were higher than those in the low-risk group, while the level of TBIL was lower than that in the low-risk group(P<0.05). Hcy and UA levels were positively correlated with SYNTAX integrals(P<0.05). TBIL level was negatively correlated with SYNTAX scores(P<0.05), and Scr level was not significantly correlated with SYNTAX integrals(P>0.05). Conclusion The levels of Hcy, UA and TBIL in patients with acute coronary syndrome have a correlation with SYNTAX integrals, which can be used as an auxiliary index to judge the severity of coronary lesions.
