解结针法配合艾灸治疗颞下颌关节紊乱的临床感悟

摘要
颞下颌关节紊乱为临床较为多见的一种疾病,严重时常影响患者的生活及工作,但至今病因尚未定论,所以临床上尚无明确的有效疗法,一般以保守治疗为主,症状严重时则需手术治疗,笔者受国内知名学者左常波教授"调气、调血、调经筋、治神"临床经验的启发,临床上通过运用解结针法、艾灸疗法两种联合疗法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱患者取得十分满意的疗效,值得临床推广。
Temporomandibular disorder( TMD) is common disease in clinic,which often seriously affects the life and work of the patients. Its incidence is high. However,the etiology of TMD is still unclear,so there is no specific and effective treatment for it. Conservative treatment are usually used,surgery is also applied when it is necessary. Inspired by clinical experience of Professor ZUO Changbo in treating the disease by the treatment priciple of regulating qi,regulating blood,regulating meridian sinew,and treating Shen,the author apply the therapy of knot-untying acupuncture combined with moxibustion to treat TMD,which has achieved satisfactory results. The experience has been summarized in this article for the peers.
