摘要
固溶度的测定关系到合金的性能和热处理行为,具有重要的理论和实际意义。本文采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、能谱分析等方法测定了Tb-Co-Pt三元系合金在900℃时化合物的固溶度,研究表明在Tb-Co-Pt三元系中,900℃时,Co在Pt5Tb、Pt3Tb、Pt4Tb3、PtTb、Pt4Tb5、PtTb2和PtTb3中的固溶度都小于1%,而Co在化合物Pt2Tb中存在较大的固溶度,约为17%;Pt在Co2Tb、Co3Tb、Co7Tb2和Co17Tb2中具有少许的固溶度,分别约为2%,3.5%、2%和1%;Tb在α-(Co,Pt)互溶体中的固溶度小于2%。
