摘要

通过对引进的12个平菇菌株在本地进行栽培比较,筛选出适合本地区栽培的品种。试验结果表明:P04和P12这2个品种在产量、抗病性、菇色、菇形等方面表现良好,基本与对照持平或者高于对照,可以作为主栽品种的替代品种在当地推广种植。
        Through the cultivation comparison of 12 introduced Pleurotus ostreatus strains in the local, the cultivars suitable for cultivation in this region were selected. The results showed that P04 and P12 performed well in yield,disease resistance, mushroom color, mushroom shape and other aspects, which were basically equal to or higher than those of the control. And P04 and P12 could be used as the substitute strains for main cultivars in local promotion and planting.
