摘要
由Boost电路和DC/AC电路组成的两级并网逆变器会在直流母线电容上产生高低频纹波,过大的纹波电压会导致输出电压畸变,而过大的纹波电流会导致电容发热,缩短使用寿命。文章针对某3 kW单相光伏并网逆变器,提出了一种纹波电压和纹波电流综合分析整治方法,依此来指导母线电容参数的选取和抑制纹波幅值。样机试验结果说明了分析方法的正确性。
        Two-step single-phase grid-connected inverter consists of boost circuit and DC/AC circuit, which will generate high and low frequency ripple in DC-link capacitance easily, and oversize ripple voltage will make output voltage distortion, oversize ripple current will decrease lifespan of capacitance because of heat production. Aiming at a 3kW single-phase grid-connected inverter, a new theory is proposed to analyze ripple voltage and current and to determine capacitance parameters in this paper. In addition, the theory is effective in ripple suppression. Experimental results are compared in terms of ripple amplitude.
