摘要
在过去的20年中,越来越多的研究关注于冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的早期检测和监测。在几种成像方式中,磁共振成像(MRI)是一种很有前途的选择,其优点包括通用性、良好的软组织对比、斑块表征和缺乏电离辐射。在这篇综述中,我们将探讨多对比和多参数成像序列的最新进展,这些进展使冠状动脉管腔、管壁和斑块特征同步成像更接近临床。我们还讨论了分子磁共振和多模态动脉粥样硬化成像的最新进展。
        In the past 20 years, more and more studies have focused on the early detection and monitoring of coronary atherosclerotic plaques.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) is a promising alternative to several imaging modalities, with advantages including versatility, good soft tissue contrast, plaque characterization, and lack of ionizing radiation.In this review, we will explore recent advances in multi-contrast and multi-parameter imaging sequences that bring synchronous imaging of coronary lumen, wall, and plaque features closer to clinical practice.We also discuss recent advances in molecular magnetic resonance imaging and multimodal atherosclerosis imaging.
