摘要
松花粉为松科植物马尾松(Pinus massoniana Lamb.)、油松(Pinus tabuli formis Carr.)或同属数种植物的干燥花粉,是一种药食同源的中药材,具有多种活性成分及保健功效。近年来松花粉中活性物质组成及其功能特性成为科研工作者的研究重点。该文对松花粉中植物甾醇、黄酮、多糖等主要活性物质的提取和成分表征以及活性物质抗疲劳、抗氧化、保护肝脏和心血管等主要功能进行了综述,为进一步的理论和应用研究提供依据。
        Pine pollen is dried pollen of Pinus massoniana Lamb.,Pinus tabuli formis Carr.,or plants of the same genus. Pine pollen as edible and medicinal material,which contains many active ingredients and health benefits. At present,the research on pine pollen mainly focuses on its active ingredients and basic functions. It summarized the extraction and composition characterization of phytosterols,flavonoids,polysaccharides and other active substances in pine pollen as well as the main functions of active substances such as anti-fatigue,antioxidation,protection of liver and cardiovascular,etc,which provides the basis for further theoretical and applied research.
