摘要

能力是衡量学习结果的重要指标之一,培养与职业相匹配的能力是职业教育发展的一种新趋势。与职业相匹配的能力结构模型揭示了"知识""技能""能力"三者间的相互关系,通用能力、跨专业能力、专业能力、就业能力构成了与职业相匹配的高职学生四大能力子系统。构建与职业匹配的高职学生能力系统及结构,对改进高等职业教育理念,更新学生学习观念具有一定的理论和实践意义。
