摘要
研究了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂等因素对废橡胶热解及其产物的影响。结果表明:废橡胶在500℃下热解油的收率较高,适宜的反应时间为30 min。催化剂NiCl2的效果最显著,它使裂解温度降低了50℃左右。将热裂解油进行分馏,收集不同温度区间的馏分,180℃以下为汽油馏分,180~330℃之间为柴油馏分,330℃以上为重油馏分。考查了催化剂对汽油、柴油和重油含量的影响。
The effect of reaction temperature,reaction time and catalysts on the pyrolysis of waste rubber and its products was investigated.The results showed that the yield of cracking oil was the highest at 500℃.The feasible reaction time was 30 min.The effect of NiCl_2 catalyst was the best,and it made the cracking temperature decrease 50℃.The composition of pyrolysis oil was investigated.Furthermore,the effect of catalysts and desulfurizer on yields of gasoline and diesel oil were studied.
