静电纺相变纤维的制备及性能表征

摘要
将具有相变调温功能的微胶囊加入纺丝液中,可利用静电纺丝法纺制具有相变调温功能的纳米纤维。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、差式热分析仪(DSC)和热失重分析仪(TGA)对纺制的纤维进行分析。结果显示所制纤维较平直光滑,纤维直径随微胶囊含量的增加而增大;纤维具有一定的相变功能,但相变温度和相变焓与微胶囊含量无关;纤维具有良好的热稳定性。
        The microcapsules with the function of phase transition temperature adjustment were added to the spinning solution to spin nanofibers with phase transition function by electrospinning. These fibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy( SEM),differential scanning calorimetry( DSC) and thermogravimetric analyzer( TGA). The results show that the fibers are flat and smooth and the diameter of the fiber increases with the increase of the content of microcapsules. The fiber has a certain phase change function. However,the phase change temperature and the phase change enthalpy have nothing to do with the content of the microcapsules. The fiber also has good thermal stability.
