摘要
目的分析还原型谷胱甘肽辅助治疗对狼疮肾炎患者肾小球系膜细胞CXCL9/10/11表达的影响。方法选择本院2014年7月至2016年7月收治的64例临床确诊的狼疮肾炎患者为研究对象,按照患者入院顺序随机分为常规治疗组和联合治疗组,每组各32例。常规治疗组患者给予醋酸泼尼松和霉酚酸酯治疗,联合治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上加用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗。对比分析治疗前后两组患者血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN),补体C3、C4水平,24小时尿蛋白量,趋化因子CXCL9、CXCL10、CXCL11在血清和肾小球系膜细胞中的表达水平。结果治疗后,联合治疗组患者Scr、BUN及尿蛋白水平均显著低于常规治疗组(P<0.05);C3、C4水平均显著高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者CXCL9、CXCL10、CXCL11在血清和肾小球系膜细胞中的表达水平均显著低于常规治疗组(P<0.01)。结论在常规治疗基础上增加还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,能够显著减轻狼疮肾炎患者的肾损伤,改善患者肾功能。
        Objective To analyze the effect of Glutathione on the expression of CXCL9/10/11 in glomerular mesangial cells of patients with lupus nephritis. Method 64 patients with lupus nephritis from July 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital were collected in our study, according to the order of admission patients were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and combined treatment group. Conventional treatment group patients were given prednisone and mycophenolate mofetil treatment, and combined treatment group patients were increased Glutathione on the basis of conventional treatment. The serum creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), complement C3 and C4 levels, 24 hour urine protein, chemokine CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 expression levels in serum and glomerular mesangial cells of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Result After treatment, the levels of Scr, BUN and urine protein in combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in conventional treatment group(P < 0.05), C3 and C4 levels were significantly higher than those in conventional treatment group(P < 0.05). The expression levels of CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 in the serum and glomerular mesangial cells in combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in conventional treatment group(P < 0.01). Conclusion The treatment of Glutathione on the basis of conventional treatment can significantly reduce the renal injury in patients with lupus nephritis and improve the renal function of patients.
