摘要

简单介绍了国内常见的几种桂花及它们香气的区别,并根据固相微萃取-气相色谱/质谱技术分析得到的三种桂花的香气成分,调配出一款经典的桂花香精,并制备出相应的香水,此外还对几款市售畅销桂花香水进行了介绍。
        Several common osmanthus species in China and their aroma differences were brie?y introduced in this article.According to the identi?ed results obtained by solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry for the components in three kinds of osmanthus ?ower, a classic osmanthus fragrance was created and the corresponding perfume was prepared. In addition, several popular osmanthus perfumes were also introduced.
