摘要
针对1 000 MW超超临界机组泛热值煤掺烧工况,提出了泛热值修正技术,优化BTU回路,实现了控制系统对机组热值变化的快速响应,同时针对煤种热值波动时机组带载能力的变化,提出了对RUNBACK保护回路的优化。实践证明,该策略的应用改善了冷热值工况下机组掺烧的适应能力和灵活性,机组运行的安全性和可靠性得到了提高。
Aiming at blended combustion condition of general calorific heat value coal in 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical units, the paper propose general calorific heat value modification technology for BTU circuit optimization to achieve a fast response to calorific value changes in the units; in the meantime, based on the unit load capacity changes in the case of coal calorific value fluctuations, RUNBACK circuit optimization is proposed. The practice shows that the strategy improves adaptability and flexibility of blended combustion under heat and cold value condition, which thereby improves operation safety and reliability of the units.
