卷烟物流可控成本管理对策

摘要
建设"高效、低成本、经济实用"的卷烟物流是现代卷烟物流建设的方向,也是物流中心促进卷烟经营工作上水平的重要途径及有效抓手。因此,文中基于物流供应链的整体思维,从卷烟物流可控成本管理的角度出发,归纳当前卷烟物流可控成本中主要存在的问题,并详细阐明了卷烟物流的可控成本指标及控制体系,最终制定一套行之有效、控本增效的改进对策。
The construction of"efficient,low-cost,economical and practical"cigarette logistics is the direction of the construction of modern cigarette logistics,as well as an important way and an effective starting point for logistics centers to promote cigarette management. Therefore,based on the overall thinking of logistics supply chain,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the current controllable costs of cigarette logistics from the perspective of controllable cost management of cigarette logistics,and elaborates the controllable cost indicators of the controllable costs of cigarette logistics in detail.
