摘要
在实验室自行制作捣糊机,对冷捣糊样品进行捣固试验,通过对试验数据进行处理得到可捣性指数,利用可捣性指数可以准确判定冷捣糊的可捣性。只要黏结剂黏度调制适当,骨料粒度组成选择合适,不管是用人造石墨还是电煅煤做骨料,也不管是用煤焦油或沥青和蒽油的混合物还是用树脂做黏结剂,都能得到可捣性良好的冷捣糊。研究表明,当可捣性指数在15~25时,冷捣糊具有良好的可捣性。
Tamping test of the cold pastes was carried out by a self-made ramming machine in a laboratory. By analysizing the ramming test data of cold ramming paste samples, the rammability indexes have been gotten, which can accurately determine the rammability of cold ramming pastes. As long as the binder viscosity is properly concocted and the size composition of aggregate is properly selected, good cold ramming paste can be obtained, no matter whether artificial graphite or electrically calcined anthracite was used as aggregates, and coal tar and pitch or anthracene oil mixture or resin was used as binders. The results show that cold ramming paste has good rammability when the rammability index is between 15 and 25.
