摘要
本文针对数控车床加工精度影响因素,结合理论实践,在简要阐述数控车床的基本组成和工作原理的基础上,深入分析了影响数控车床加工精度的主要因素,并提出提高加工精度的方法。得出合理应用补偿、防止法、重复定位的办法、合理应用"一刀多尖"是提高数控车床加工精度关键的结论,希望对相关单位有一定帮助。
        Control measure Aiming at the factors influencing the machining accuracy of CNC lathes, combining with theoretical practice, based on a brief description of the basic composition and working principle of CNC lathes, this paper analyzes the main factors influencing the machining accuracy of CNC lathes and puts forward methods to improve the machining accuracy. It is concluded that reasonable application of compensation,prevention method, repeated positioning method and reasonable application of " one tool and many tips" are the key to improve the machining accuracy of CNC lathes. it is hoped that they will be helpful to relevant units.
