护理干预对小儿操作后疼痛亲属焦虑状况的影响研究
摘要
<正>操作后疼痛是临床最常见的症状之一~([1])。大量研究表明,重复、过度的操作后疼痛将严重影响小儿的生长发育~([2])。小儿器官、心智发育尚不完全,对疼痛忍耐力差,情绪容易失控。而侵入性的有创操作无疑会加重这一情况。较常见的侵入性操作包括腰椎穿刺、皮下注射、腹部穿刺、静脉穿刺采血等等。如何降低这些操作对患儿及其家属的不良影响,使患儿早日有效康复,是近年来引起广泛关注的一个话题,也是医学专家研究领域的一个重要课题~([3])。本研究选取我院进行静脉穿刺采血的患儿,分析并评价综合护理干预措施的效果。现报告如下。
