摘要
针对新设计的某车型驱动桥桥壳,利用Ansys Workbench建立虚拟桥壳弯曲静强度台架试验有限元模型,得到桥壳应力变形分析结果,找出设计薄弱位置,通过分析现有设计问题,对桥壳薄弱位置进行改进并再次进行计算校核。结果表明,改进后的桥壳符合强度和刚度要求,对驱动桥桥壳设计提供参考。
The finite element model of the bending strength for the new design of the automobile axle housing was built in Ansys Workbench software.According to the result of the distribution of the stress,the weak point of the design was found out and improved,and then it was calculated and checked again.The results showed that after improvement,the strength and stiffness of the automobile axle housing were meet the requirements,which could provided reference for the design of the automobile axle housing.
