摘要
某牵引车在重载爬坡约10 Km/h车速时出现变速箱抖动比较严重,此问题严重影响了整车的舒适性。对实车现场测试和理论分析后,在ADAMS中建立动力传动系统模型,并通过振动仿真再现了问题现象,在此基础上提出了不同的整改策略,依据改进策略对改进前后模型仿真分析对比发现效果明显。最后依据改进策略修改动力传动系统设计并实车测试,测试结果改善效果明显与振动仿真分析结果一致。运用ADAMS振动仿真分析技术不仅再现了问题并成功解决了此振动问题。
A tractor in the heavy load climbing about 10 Km/h speed when the gearbox shake is more serious,this problem seriously affects the comfort of the vehicle. The real vehicle field test and theoretical analysis,in ADAMS to establish the powertrain system model,and through the vibration simulation reproduces the phenomenon,based on proposed different rectification method,which is based on improved strategy before and after the improvement of simulation model comparative analysis found that effect is obvious. Finally,according to the improved strategy to modify the power transmission system design and testing,the results of the test results are consistent with the results of vibration simulation analysis. The ADAMS vibration simulation analysis technique is used to solve the problem and solve the vibration problem successfully.
