摘要
空气阀是输水管道重要的附属设备,在我国冬季寒冷的北方,空气阀井室既需要通过密闭绝热对管道及阀门进行保温,同时又要为空气阀正常工作时进排气留有足够大的通气孔洞。以某大型供水工程为例,对空气阀井的保温与通气方案进行探讨,通过方案对比,提出采用保温井盖作为空气阀井的最佳保温通气方案。该方案应用较为普遍,应用效果良好,可为同类工程的设计施工提供借鉴。
        The air valve is an important auxiliary equipment for the water pipeline. In the cold north of China in the winter, the air valve well chamber needs to keep the pipeline and the valve insulated by the closed heat insulation, and at the same time, it must be enough for the air inlet and exhaust when the air valve works normally. Vent holes. Taking a large-scale water supply project as an example, the insulation and ventilation schemes of the air valve wells are discussed. Through the comparison of the schemes, the article puts forward the best optimal insulation ventilation scheme which takes the thermal insulation well cover as the air valve well. The application of this scheme is more common and the application effect is good,which can provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
