心理干预在高血压性心脏病护理中的应用及效果分析

摘要
目的探讨心理干预在高血压心脏病护理中的应用效果探析。方法选取我院的2017年1月至2018年6月的48例高血压心脏病的患者分为,实施常规护理的参照组(n=24)、在参照组基础上实施心理干预的观察组(n=24)。比较两组患者在血压稳定和平均住院时间。结果经过心理干预后,观察组患者的血压和平均住院时间较对照组血压稳定时间长,住院周期缩短,护理满意率较高。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间为(6.38±1.76)d,低于对照组(7.94±2.04)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压性心脏病患者采取心理干预护理,在临床上表现高血压性心脏病患者血压稳定率高,住院周期缩短,护理满意率高等表现,临床护理上值得推广。随着现代生活水平的提高,高血压性心脏病患者越来越重视自己的身体健康状况,入院治疗者也越来越多,新的心理干预在护理中逐渐兴起。此护理模式对患者的康复水平影响较大,从心理上给予患者一种肯定,放松的心态对血压的平稳都有帮助。心理干预可有效稳定高血压性心脏病患者,可以有效改善患者的心脏功能,临床护理效果显著。
Objective To explore and analyze application effect of psychological intervention in hypertensive heart disease nursing. Methods Choose 48 cases hypertensive heart disease patients in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018. Divide them into control group(n=24, with routine nursing) and observation group(n=24, with psychological intervention on the basis of control group). Compare blood pressure stability and average hospitalization time of two groups. Results After psychological intervention, blood pressure stability time of observation group was longer, hospitalization time was shorter than control group, with high nursing satisfaction, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Hospitalization time of observation group was(6.38±1.76) days, lower than(7.94±2.04) days of control group, difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention nursing has clinical manifestations of higher blood pressure stability rate, shorter hospitalization period and higher satisfaction for hypertensive heart disease patients, which is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing. With improvement of modern living standards, hypertensive heart disease patients pay more attention to their physical health, and more patients are treated in hospital. New psychological intervention has been gradually emerging in nursing, which has great influence on rehabilitation of patients, provides patients with psychological affirmation and relaxation to stabilize blood pressure. Psychological intervention can stabilize patients with hypertensive heart disease effectively, improve cardiac function of patients, with remarkable clinical nursing effect.
