摘要
文章主要针对矩阵式台座法CRTSⅢ无砟轨道板预制过程中的蒸汽养护阶段进行论述,简述其蒸汽养护目的和蒸汽养护工艺,以及如何实现蒸汽养护自动化,同时指出在实际施工生产过程中出现的问题,通过对蒸养工艺的优化从而解决问题。在保证轨道板蒸养质量前提下,有效缩短预制工期,为我国高速铁路飞速发展提供相应技术保障。
        This paper mainly discusses the steam curing stage in the prefabrication process of CRTS Ⅲ ballastless track plate by matrix pedestal method, briefly describes the purpose of steam curing and steam curing process, and how to realize steam maintenance automation. At the same time, it is pointed out that the problems in the actual construction and production process can be solved by optimizing the steam-curing process. On the premise of ensuring the quality of track plate steaming and curing, the prefabrication period is shortened effectively, and the corresponding technical guarantee is provided for the rapid development of high-speed railway in our country.
