中医辨证熏洗在低位直肠癌保肛术式排便功能恢复中的护理应用

摘要
目的研究分析中医辨证熏洗方式在临床中应用于低位直肠癌保肛术排便功能恢复中的效果。方法择取在2016年7月至2018年1月到我院就诊的100例低位直肠癌患者,随机均分为甲组、乙组,各50例,甲组行一般常规坐浴,乙组行中医辨证熏洗联合肛门综合护理,统计恢复效果以及不良反应发生情况,并对比。结果 (1)两组患者恢复有效率对比:乙组恢复有效率(96.00%)显著优于甲组(86.00%),两组对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05),两组均未出现明显的不良反应;(2)两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分变化情况对比:乙组情绪状态评分优于甲组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于低位直肠癌保肛术患者,进行中医辨证熏洗联合肛门综合护理干预,可促进排便功能恢复,从而缩短住院时间,为其家庭减轻经济负担,应当推广。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation fumigation and washing method in clinical application in the recovery of defecation function of anus preserving operation for low rectal cancer. Methods From July 2016 to January 2018, 100 patients with low rectal cancer were randomly divided into group A and group B, 50 cases in each group. Group A received general sitz bath, group B received traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation fumigation and washing combined with anal comprehensive nursing, and the recovery effect and adverse reactions were counted and compared. Results(1) Two groups of patients recovery efficiency comparison: group B recovery efficiency(96.00%) was significantly better than group A(86.00%), the two groups compared with a statistical difference(P<0.05), two groups did not appear obvious adverse reactions;(2) The SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were compared. The emotional state score of group B was better than that of group A, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For low rectal cancer patients undergoing anus-preserving operation, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation fumigation and anal comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the recovery of defecation function, thus shortening the hospitalization time and alleviating the economic burden for their families, which should be promoted.
