青海省127家医疗机构医院感染管理队伍现状调查

摘要
目的了解医院感染管理队伍建设现状,为加强医院感染管理工作提供依据。方法通过问卷调查方式和现场查询方法,对青海省127家二、三级医院的医院感染管理人员现状进行调查。结果 127家医院中,20家三级医院均设置了医院感染管理部门; 107家二级医院中有64. 49%的医院设置独立的医院感染管理部门。调查的127家医院中,有85. 87%的医院设置独立医院感染管理部门,在35家民营医院中仅有28. 57%的医院设置了独立的医院感染管理部门。调查涉及159名医院感染管理专职人员。其中女性占95%,年龄在30～50岁范围的占59. 99%;医院感染管理队伍中有81. 19%的人为护理专业。结论该省基层医院和民营医院的医院感染管理组织尚不够健全,还需要提高医院感染管理队伍的整体素质,提示医疗行政部门应给予重视。
Objective To understand the current status of nosocomial infection control team construction and provide basis for strengthening nosocomial infections control. Methods By means of questionnaire survey and on the spot inquiry,the current status of nosocomial infections control in 127 two-A and three-A medical institutions in Qinghai province was investigated. Results Of the 127 hospitals,20 three-A hospitals had set up nosocomial infections control departments. Of the 107 two-A hospitals,64. 49% had independent nosocomial infections control departments. Of the 127 hospitals surveyed,85. 87% had independent nosocomial infections control departments,and only 28. 57% of the 35 private hospitals had independent nosocomial infections control departments. The survey involved 159 nosocomial infections control full-time staffs. Among them women accounted for about 95 %,and those aged between 30 and 50 accounted for 59. 99%. 81. 19% of them were nurse. Conlusion The management organization of nosocomial infections control in basic hospitals and private hospitals in the province is not sound enough. It is also necessary to improve the overall quality of the nosocomial infections control team and the medical administrative department should pay attention to it.
