摘要
运用蒙特卡罗(MCNP)程序模拟计算空心纤维透析器产品在工业钴-60辐照灭菌过程中的剂量分布。实验验证结果表明,理论计算结果和实际测量值之间的相对偏差在±15%以内,两者的剂量分布规律具有一定的相似性。利用MCNP模拟计算方法,可以预测空心纤维透析器产品剂量分布规律,对于产品装载模式的设计、最大和最小剂量区域的确定具有指导意义。
        The Monte Carlo method(MCNP) was used to simulate the absorbed dose distribution in an artificial kidney dialyzer product irradiated with60 Co gamma-rays for sterilization. The results showed that the relative deviation between the MCNP simulation value and the measured data was within ±15% and that the dose distribution laws of the two methods were similar. Predetermining the dose mapping of an artificial kidney dialyzer product during irradiation through MCNP simulation is useful. The MCNP simulation method provides valuable information for designing loading patterns and determining the minimum and maximum dose zones of the product.
