摘要
为了研究蒙药复方哈伦-1汤对冷应激小鼠抗氧化系统及脑-肠轴中单胺类神经递质的影响,试验用蒙药复方哈伦-1汤灌胃小鼠1周后,施以0℃或-20℃急性冷应激,1 h后眼前房采血分离血清,进行ELISA检测。结果表明:急性冷应激1 h后,蒙药复方哈伦-1汤高、中剂量组脑-肠轴中5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、丙二醛(MDA)及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著低于阴性对照组(P<0.05);-20℃小鼠脑-肠轴中5-HT、NE、MDA浓度及T-AOC活性较0℃普遍升高,且多数差异显著(P<0.05)。由此可见,冷应激使小鼠脑-肠轴中5-HT、NE、MDA浓度及T-AOC活性升高,而蒙药复方哈伦-1汤高、中剂量可使之降低,以增强小鼠的抗冷应激能力,缓解机体的应激反应。
The aim of the present study was to identify the effects of mongolian medicine compound Halun-1 decoction on the antioxidant system and the monoamine neurotransmitters in the brain-intestine axis of cold stress mice. The mice were subjected to acute cold stress at 0 ℃ or-20 ℃ after intragastric administration of Halun-1 decoction for a week. Then blood samples of the mice were collected from anterior chamber after 1 h and used for ELISA detection. The results showed that after suffered acute cold stress for 1 hour,the concentration of 5-HT,NE,MDA and T-AOC in the high and middle dose groups of Halun-1 was significantly lower than that in the negative control group( P< 0. 05).The concentrations of 5-HT,NE,MDA and T-AOC in brain-intestinal axis of mice at-20 ℃ were higher than those of 0 ℃,and the difference was significant( P<0. 05). It can be seen that the cold stress can increase the concentration of 5-HT,NE,MDA and T-AOC in the mice brain-intestine axis,while the mongolian medicine compound Halun-1 decoction of high and middle dose can reduce it. So the ability of anticold stress in mice can be enhanced and the stress response of the body can be relieved by Halun-1 decoction treatment.
