蒙药复方协日嘎-4在正常和前列腺炎症模型大鼠血清中总生物碱的含量比较研究

摘要
通过灌胃给予正常组和完全弗氏佐剂致前列腺炎症模型组大鼠相同剂量的蒙药复方协日嘎-4提取液,采用紫外可见分光光度法,以小檗碱为对照品,在419nm波长处测定大鼠血清中总生物碱吸光度,计算并比较蒙药复方协日嘎-4在正常和完全弗氏佐剂致前列腺炎症模型大鼠血清中总生物碱的含量.结果显示3个批次正常组大鼠血清中总生物碱的平均含量分别是0.0639mg.mL-1、0.0658mg.mL-1、0.0673mg.mL-1;3个批次完全弗氏佐剂致前列腺炎症模型组大鼠血清中总生物碱的平均含量分别是0.0546mg.mL-1、0.0569mg.mL-1、0.0594mg.mL-1.说明蒙药复方协日嘎-4中总生物碱类成份对非细菌性前列腺炎症大鼠有一定的调控作用,为蒙药复方协日嘎-4治疗非细菌性前列腺炎提供一定的科学依据.
        The normal group and complete Frederian adjuvant-induced prostatein flammation model group rats were gavaged with the same dose of Mongolian medicine compound Xieriga-4 extract.The absorbance of total terpene in rat serum at 419 nm wavelength was monitored using UVvis spectrophotometer with the berberine as the standard.The contents of total alkaloids in the serum of normal and complete Frederian adjuvant-induced prostate inflammation model rats gavaged with Mongolian medicine compound Xieriga-4 were calculated.The results showed that the contents of total alkaloids in the serum of three batches of normal rats were determined to be 0.0639,0.0658,and 0.0673 mg·mL-1 while the contents of total alkaloids in serum of Complete Frederian adjuvantinduced prostate inflammation model rats were estimated to be 0.0546,0.0569,and0.0594 mg·mL-1.The results proved that the total alkaloids of the Mongolian medicine compound Xieriga-4 could adjust the non-bacterial prostatitis.It provides a scientific basis for the treatment of non-bacterial prostatitis with Mongolian medicine compound Xieriga-4.
