摘要
旋转闪蒸干燥设备是一种将气流干燥技术与流态化技术结合在一起的干燥设备,通过对旋转闪蒸干燥工艺的分析确定其所能实现的功能,以碳酸钙为物料,依据给定工艺参数,选择合适的设计方案。为了研究干燥室内流场分布情况,利用Fluent对气相流场进行了数值模拟,得到流场温度、速度、压力分布规律。为检验搅拌叶片在流场作用下的应力和变形程度,以流场的温度和压力为载荷,对叶片进行流热结构耦合分析,通过分析验证其满足设计要求。
        Spin flash drying equipment is a kind of drying equipment which combines airflow drying technology with fluidization technology. The function of the equipment is determined by analyzing the drying process. The designing scheme of the equipment is selected according to the material of calcium carbonate and the given process parameters. The gas flow field is numerically simulated by Fluent for studying the distribution of fluid in the drying chamber. The distribution law of flow field temperature, velocity and pressure distribution is obtained. The blade is fluid-thermal-structural coupling analyzed for testing the stress and deformation of the rotating blades, and the results show that the blade satisfies the design requirements.
