摘要

目的:观察魏氏伤科手法配合中药蒸敷治疗冻结肩的疗效。方法:采用手法配合中药蒸敷治疗冻结肩患者79例,治疗1疗程后统计疗效。结果:痊愈55例,占70.9%;显效12例,占15.2%;有效10例,占12.6%;无效2例,占2.5%,总有效率97.5%。结论:临床运用魏氏伤科手法配合蒸敷治疗,对于迅速缓解或消除疼痛,促进关节功能恢复有良好的疗效。
        Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wei's manipulation combined with parboil therapy in treating patients with frozen shoulder.Methods:Treated 79 cases of patients with frozen shoulder by the treatment of manipulation combined with parboil therapy,and collected the clinical effect after 1 course.Results:55 cases were full cured(70.9%),12 cases had marked effect(15.2%),10 cases were effective(12.6%),2 cases were without effect(2.5%) and the total effective rate was97.5%.Conclusion:The therapy of Wei's manipulation combined with parboil therapy for frozen shoulder has a good effect on quickly relieving or dispelling pain and promoting the recovery of joint function.
