摘要

炼焦过程产生的剩余氨水,通过蒸馏除氨后,才能送到废水处理装置进行处理。针对直接蒸汽蒸氨工艺,分析了蒸氨塔结垢的原因,同时提出预防措施,在运行过程中进行改进和提高。
        The ammonia distillation process is necessarily adopted to treat the coal water in coking plant before biochemical treatment. Based on the direct steam stripping process,the causes of ammonia stripper fouling were analyzed and preventions were given in this paper so as to have an improvement in operation.
