论东江革命根据地群众工作的方式

摘要
东江革命根据地是土地革命战争时期群众基础较好、影响较深的根据地,在中国共产党的历史上具有特殊地位。在东江革命根据地,党组织根据当地的具体实际展开了卓有成效的群众工作。通过采取灵活多样的群众工作方式,党解决了在东江革命根据地如何动员群众、争取群众、组织群众、引导群众的问题,使群众工作得到有序开展。由于东江革命根据地主要由潮汕和客家两大民系组成,党结合东江的地域文化开创出具有地方特色的群众工作方式。同时,党把马克思主义的系统思想和方法创造性地运用于东江革命根据地的群众工作,将东江革命根据地建设成为一个高效的系统。东江革命根据地的群众工作取得显著成效,推动了东江革命乃至中国革命的大发展。
Dongjiang Revolutionary Base Area is a base area with a stronger mass base and a deeper influence during the Agrarian Revolutionary War. It has a special position in the history of the Communist Party of China(CPC). In the Dongjiang Revolutionary Base Area, the CPC has carried out effective mass work based on local conditions. By adopting flexible and diverse ways of mass work, the CPC has solved the problem of how to mobilize, win over, organize and guide the masses in the Dongjiang Revolutionary Base Area, so that mass work can be carried out in an orderly manner. Because the revolutionary base area of Dongjiang is mainly composed of Chaoshan and Hakka, the CPC has innovated the way of mass work and created the way of mass work with local characteristics in combination with the regional culture of Dongjiang. At the same time, the CPC has creatively applied Marxist systematic ideas and methods to the mass work in the Dongjiang Revolutionary Base Area, and built the Dongjiang Revolutionary Base Area into an efficient system. The mass work in the Dongjiang Revolutionary Base Area has achieved remarkable results, which has promoted the great development of the Dongjiang Revolution and even the Chinese Revolution.
