摘要
目的综述近年来的表面拉曼增强光谱在生物样品和药物检测方面的应用成果和研究进展。方法大量搜集最近几年国内外关于表面拉曼研究和应用的相关文献报道,尤其是有关生物医药方面的检测,从中归纳出表面拉曼的研究应用的现况并对其前景做出推断。结果表面拉曼增强光谱已成为分子领域检测技术的研究热点,在生物样品的检测方面,对蛋白质、核酸、药物等都具有很好的应用潜力;在实际应用的过程中,检测技术和理论在不断进步,应用的方向一直在适应人类生理和社会的需要。结论表面拉曼增强光谱由于其独特的优势,目前在生物医药检测中的运用越来越广泛,并显示出良好的研究和应用前景。
        Objective To summarize the progress and application of surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)in the detection of biological and pharmaceutical samples.Methods Documents or reports related to applying SERS to the detection of biological and pharmaceutical samples were reviewed and compared.Results SERS has become a detection technique in biomolecule field,which shows great potentiality to detect proteins,nucleic acids,drugs and so on.During the process of its application,the technology and theory of SERS are being improved to meet the humans′and social demands at the same time.Conclusion In recent years,the latest progress in research and application of SERS to the detection of biological and pharmaceutical samples has been made and its good prospects have been exhibited because of its unique advantages.
