摘要

环保型水刺专用料对涤纶短纤维的要求是疵点含量低、杂质含量低、伸长率适宜等。介绍了天津石化聚酯短丝装置利用现有设备,生产环保型水刺无纺布专用短纤维纺丝和后处理生产中质量控制重点、难点,从而满足用户对专用短纤维的质量要求开发完成新产品。
        The requirements of environmentally friendly spunlace special materials for polyester staple ?ber are low content of plutonium,low impurity content and suitable elongation.Introduced Tianjin Petrochemical's 100,000-ton polyester short-staple device to use the existing equipment to produce quality-oriented spunlace non-woven short-?ber spinning and post-processing production quality control key points and dif?culties,so as to meet the user's quality of special short ?bers Requires the development of new products.
