摘要

探讨名老中医蓝青强教授治疗慢性乙型肝炎的辨证论治特点、选方用药技巧及验案举例分析,着重从慢性乙型肝炎的常见证型分析病机要点,谨守病机,辨证论治,随证参变,并根据临床常见并发症及伴随证阐述临床加减用药的观点,甚至可结合现代药理研究调整用药,可收标本兼顾之效,故分析其专病专方显效案例总结其心得体会。
        Discussing Professor LAN Qing-qiang experience about the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and the dialectic features,prescription skills. This paper focuses on analysing the main points of the common syndrome types of chronic hepatitis B,and strictly observing the pathological mechanism according to the clinical common complication and the accompanying syndrome changing medication. It can also be combined with the modern pharmacological research to adjust the medicine,which can be used to treat both the synptoms and roots.
