混凝土泵车主阀块流道CFD仿真分析与试验研究

摘要
针对某型混凝土泵车核心液压部件一种新铸造主阀块的流道压力损失进行仿真和试验研究,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,结合油液流动特性模拟阀块内部流道的压力和速度分布情况,验证仿真的有效性。同时通过试验测试,对比新铸造主阀块和原机加主阀块的压力损失情况。得到的仿真值和试验值基本吻合,新铸造主阀块流道内的压力损失低于原机加主阀块流道内的压力损失,研究结果为阀块流道的结构设计及优化奠定了基础。
        Simulation and test research on the flow pressure loss of a new casting main valve block for the core hydraulic components of a concrete pump truck was carried out in this paper. With flowing characteristics, simulation of the pressure and the internal flowing velocity was proposed. Based on the oil flow characteristics, the pressure and velocity distribution in the flow path of the valve block was simulated so as to verify the effectiveness of the simulation. At the same time, the pressure loss of the newly cast main valve block was compared with that of the original one. The results show that the simulated value and the experimental value are basically identical, and the pressure loss in the flow path of the newly cast main valve block is lower than that of the original one. The research results provide a reference for the structural design and optimization of flow-path of the main valve block.
