摘要
目的研究肉桂油对致痤疮菌的抑制作用。方法采用纸片扩散法测定抑菌环大小和通过微量肉汤稀释法分别测定肉桂油对于4种致痤疮菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果 4种致痤疮菌对肉桂油的敏感程度均属于极敏;肉桂油对痤疮丙酸杆菌的MIC为0.156μL/mL,对表皮葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为0.625μL/mL,对糠秕马拉色菌的MIC为0.313μL/mL。结论结果表明了肉桂油对致痤疮菌具有较好的抑制效果,本实验的测定结果可为肉桂油作为一种高效、不易使微生物产生耐药性、低成本、绿色的药物应用于痤疮治疗提供实验依据。
Objective To study the bacteriostatic effect of cinnamon oil on acne-inducing bacteria.Methods The size of inhibitory ring was determined by K-B disc diffusion method and the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of cinnamon oil against four acne-causing bacteria was determined by broth dilution method.Results The sensitivity of four acne-causing bacteria(Propionibacterium acnes,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Staphylococcus aureus and Malassezia furfur) to cinnamon oil was extremely sensitive.The MIC of cinnamon oil on Propionibacterium acnes,Malassezia furfur,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus were 0.156 μL/mL,0.313 μL/mL,0.625 μL/mL and 0.625 μL/mL,respectively.Conclusion Cinnamon oil exhibits a good inhibitory effect on acne bacteria,which may provide a reference for use of cinnamon oil as a highly effective,low-cost and green drug for acne treatment.
