增强型体外反搏术治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效系统评价

摘要
目的探索增强型体外反搏术对不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法计算机检索Pub Med、VIP、CNKI和万方数据库,查找增强型体外反搏术治疗不稳定型心绞痛的随机对照试验(RCT),自建库至2017年6月30日时限内文献均纳入检索范围。并对纳入文献的参考文献进行手工检索。按纳入排除标准由两人独立进行RCT的筛选、资料提取和质量评价后,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入14个研究,1365例患者。Meta分析结果显示,增强型体外反搏术联合常规治疗在不稳定型心绞痛的心绞痛症状(RR=1.31,95%CI:1.22~1.41,P<0.00001)和心电图改善方面(RR=1.23,95%CI:1.12~1.35,P<0.0001)优于常规治疗。结论增强型体外反搏术治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效是确切的,且安全性高。
        Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP) on unstable angina pectoris(UAP). Methods The databases of Pub Med, VIP, CNKI and Wan Fang Data were retrieved with computer for searching the randomized controlled trials(RCT) about treatment of UAP with EECP from establishment time of the databases to June 30, 2017. The references of enclosed RCT were retrieved manually. The RCT were screened, extracted and reviewed on quality by 2 persons independently according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and given Meta-analysis by using Rev Man 5.3 software. Results There were totally 14 RCT included involved 1365 patients. The results of Meta-analysis showed that EECP combined with routine therapy was superior to single routine therapy in relieving UAP symptoms(RR=1.31, 95%CI: 1.22~1.41, P<0.00001) and ECG improvement(RR=1.23, 95%CI: 1.12~1.35, P<0.0001). Conclusion EECP has reliable clinical efficacy and higher safety in treatment of UAP.
