摘要
为研究基坑开挖对邻近既有建筑物变形的影响范围,采用GTS-NX有限元软件,针对土质基坑以及土、岩二元结构基坑,分别改变开挖基坑与既有邻近建筑的水平距离、基坑开挖与邻近既有建筑物基础的相对埋深,从而得到不同工况下基坑邻近建筑结构的变形情况。研究结果表明:土质、土、岩二元结构基坑在开挖过程中,随着基坑侧壁与既有建筑结构水平距离的增大,建筑结构的变形沉降量逐渐减小,沉降形式由最初明显的差异沉降逐渐转变成近乎均匀沉降;建筑结构的沉降量随着基坑开挖深度的增大而增加;同一开挖条件下,土质基坑的开挖对既有邻近建筑结构造成的影响显著大于土、岩二元结构基坑。
        In order to study the influence of foundation pit excavation on the deformation of adjacent existing buildings,a finite element model based on the soil and soil-rock dualistic area pit is established by GTS-NX. Including two dimension effect of excavation,distance between adjacent building structure and pile and excavation depth. To get down the deflection of the foundation pit adjacent structures different conditions results. The research results show that during excavation, the foundation pit of soil, soil-rock dualistic area pit is increased with the horizontal distance between the side wall of the foundation pit and the existing building structure, and the deformation settlement amount of the building structure is gradually reduced, the form of settlement changes from no uniform settlement to almost uniform settlement; The settlement of building structure increases with the increase of excavation depth; Under the same excavation condition, the excavation of soil foundation pit has a greater impact on the existing adjacent building structure than that of soil-rock dualistic area foundation pit.
