大面积烧伤合并晚期双胎妊娠1例报告

摘要
2017年7月青岛大学附属烟台毓璜顶医院烧伤科收治的1例大面积烧伤合并晚期双胎妊娠患者在适时终止妊娠的同时,根据患者具体情况给予补液抗休克、抗感染、局部创面外涂湿润烧伤膏等治疗。治疗28 d后,创面完全愈合,患者出院;2名婴儿身体基本健康,于产后1个月出院。
One patient with extensive burns complicated with advanced twin pregnancy, admitted into the Burns and Plastic Department of The Affiliated Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital of Qingdao University in July 2017, was treated with systemic treatments including fluid resuscitation for burn shock according to the patient's body condition, anti-infection treatment and topical use of MEBO, while terminating pregnancy at proper time. After 28 days of treatment, the wounds were completely healed and the patient was discharged. The two infants were basically healthy and discharged from the hospital one month after birth.
