摘要
目的:研究回流法提取五桠果叶木姜子叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:用回流法提取五桠果叶木姜子叶的总黄酮,以五桠果叶木姜子叶中的总黄酮为指标,以芦丁为对照品,采用硝酸铝显色法,以可见分光光度计测定总黄酮含量;以乙醇浓度、料液比、回流温度、回流时间4个因素进行单因素实验,再用正交实验优化确定最佳提取工艺。结果:回流法提取的最佳工艺为:乙醇浓度40%,料液比1∶30(g/mL),回流温度80℃,回流时间1.5h,在该条件下总黄酮得率最高可达9.55%。结论:采用回流法提取五桠果叶木姜子叶总黄酮,具有可行性。
        Objective:The optimum extraction technology of total flavonoids of the Litsea dilleniifolia leaves is studied by using reflux extraction method.Methods:The total flavonoids of Litsea dilleniifolia leaves as index,with rutin as reference substance,using reflux extraction method to extract the total flavonoids from the Litsea dilleniifolia leaves,and with the visible spectrophotometer,using Al(NO3)3 Chromogenic method for the determination of total flavonoids content,using the single factor experiment to test from the concentration of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,reflux temperature and reflux time these four factors,the optimal extraction technology will be determined by orthogonal experiment.Results:The best condition for the reflux extraction is 40% ethanol,solid-liquid ratio 1:30(g/mL),reflux temperature 80℃,reflux time1.5 h,and the maximum yield can up to 9.55%.Conclusion:It is feasible to extract the total flavonoids from the Litsea dilleniifolia leaves with the reflux extraction method.
