摘要

[目的]使严重烧伤伤员能快速、安全到达指定医院,接受更专业的治疗,提高伤员的救治率。[方法]以《成批严重烧伤伤员的转运方案(2016版)》为指南,探讨并制定本科室的实践与临床方案。[结果]为伤员的顺利转运、后续的成功救治奠定了良好的基础。[结论]严重烧伤伤员的急救是否及时,转运是否得当,对伤员的后续治疗、预后及转归有重要影响。
        [Objective]To enable the severely burned to quickly and safely reach the designated hospital, receive more professional treatment, and improve the treatment rate of the wounded.[Methods]Guided by "Transfer Scheme for Serious Burn Wounds in Batches(2016 Edition)", this paper explores and formulates the practice and clinical program of the undergraduate department. [Results]It has laid a good foundation for the smooth transportation of the wounded and the successful follow-up treatment.[Conclusion]Whether the first aid is timely and the transportation is appropriate for the severely burned patients has an important influence on the follow-up treatment, prognosis and prognosis of the patients.
