摘要

生本理念对于教育事业的改革具有重要的指引作用,能够促进教育管理体系的转型发展。简要论述教育管理体系的建设现状,分析生本理念视域下教育管理体系的转型原则及转型路径,旨在促进院校教育管理工作的质量提升,为社会主义事业培养高素质的优秀人才。
        The student-centered concept has an important guiding role in the reform of education and can promote the transformation and development of the education management system. This article will briefly discuss the status quo of the construction of education management system,and analyze the transformation principle of education management system and the transformation path from the perspective of the student-oriented concept. It aims to promote the quality of education and management of colleges and universities,and cultivate high-quality talents for the development of socialism.
