摘要
在全球综合能源系统大力发展的背景下,需求响应技术因具有协同调度成本低、可参与全时段优化、灵活能源市场等优势正逐渐受到关注。提出了含基础能源层、传感控制层和智慧互联层的综合能源系统技术架构,分析了需求响应在综合能源系统下的新内涵及互动过程,并重点论述了区域级、园区级和用户级综合能源系统的需求响应模式及典型特点。最后,着眼于智慧互联层,从建模仿真、机制设计、示范工程等维度提出了综合需求响应发展过程中亟需解决的问题及思路。
        With the vigorous development of the global integrated energy system,demand response technology has attracted more and more attention for its low cost,full-time optimization and flexible energy market.In this paper,the technical framework of integrated energy system including basic energy layer,sensor control layer and intelligent interconnection layer was proposed,and the new connotation and interactive process of demand response in the integrated energy system were analyzed.The demand response modes and typical characteristics of regional,park and user-level integrated energy systems were emphatically discussed.Focusing on the intelligent interconnection layer,the problems and ideas that need to be solved urgently were put forward in the development of integrated demand response from the dimensions of modeling and simulation,mechanism design and demonstration project.
