羽毛球运动对肥胖大学生骨骼密度及血浆内脂素、脂联素的影响

摘要
探讨羽毛球运动对肥胖大学生骨骼密度及血浆内脂素、脂联素的影响。选取某校2014届肥胖大学生136名作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为运动组和对照组,各68名。所有受试者均给予饮食控制,运动组在此基础上给予羽毛球运动训练指导。3个月后,观察对比两组骨骼密度、血浆内酯素、脂联素水平变化情况。干预前两组研究对象体脂率、肥胖程度和WHR均无显著差异(P>0.05),干预后均显著降低(P<0.05),且两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前后两组骨密度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但运动组干预后均有改善趋势,且右侧前臂骨密度和干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组研究对象血浆内酯素和脂联素水平均无显著差异(P>0.05),干预后内酯素水平显著降低,而脂联素水平显著升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且干预后运动组和对照组也具有显著差异(P<0.05)。羽毛球运动可以改善肥胖大学生的肥胖程度和WHR,对骨密度和血浆内酯素、脂联素也具有显著调节作用。
        To explore the effects of badminton sports on bone density,plasma lactone prime and adiponectin levels of obese college students,136 cases of obese college students in a certain college in 2014 session were selected as the research subjects,who were devided into exercise group and control group according to the random digital table method,with 68 cases in each group.All of the subjects were given diet control,and the exercise group were carried out the badminton training guidance on the basis of it.After 3months,the changes of bone density,plasma levels of lactone prime and adiponectin were observed and compared in two groups.There were no significant differences in the body fat ratios,obesity degrees and WHR values between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),which were significantly reduced after intervention(P<0.05),and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of bone mineral densities between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05),of which the exercise group improved after intervention,and the right forearm bone mineral density after intervention was significantly different from that before intervention(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of plasma lactone prime and adiponectin between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),of which the levels of plasma lactone prime decreased significantly,and the adiponectin levels increased significantly after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),as well as between those in the exercise group and the control group(P<0.05). Badminton could improve college student obesity degrees,waist to hip ratio(WHR),which also had significant regulatory roles on bone mineral density and levels of plasma lactone hormone,adiponectin.
