部队康复期精神分裂症患者心理动力学干预

摘要
目的:研究心理动力学干预对部队康复期精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响。方法:将80例部队康复期精神分裂症患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者进行常规干预,实验组在常规干预的基础上进行心理动力学治疗。于入组时、第13周末,采用明尼苏达多项人格测验(MMPI)对两组患者进行评估。结果:重复测量的方差分析发现,经过13周的心理动力学干预,除癔病外,其余因子均存在显著的干预主效应(F=2.816～135.344,P<0.05);抑郁、心理变态偏离、男性女性化、妄想、精神分裂、躁狂、社会内向因子存在显著的时间主效应(F=6.368～153.036,P<0.05),同时除躁狂和社会内向外,其余因子存在显著的干预因素和时间因素的交互作用(F=5.326～108.163,P<0.05)。结论:心理动力学治疗,有助于完善部队康复期精神分裂症患者人格。
Objective:To study the effect of psychodynamic therapy on the rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients in the army.Methods:A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia were divided into the control group and the experimental group,and the control group was subjected to routine intervention,and the experimental group underwent psychodynamic therapy on the basis of routine intervention,At the time of enrollment,and at the end of the 13 th week,evaluation were made by using MMPI with 3 validity scales and 10 clinical scales.Results:Repeated-measures ANOVA on the MMPI showed that,after 13 weeks of psychodynamic intervention,except for Hy,other factors had significant interventional main effects(F=2.816～135.344,P<0.05);There were significant temporal main effects on D,Pd,Mf,Pa,Sc,Ma and Si(F=6.368～153.036,P<0.05).In addition to Ma and Si,there were significant intervention and time interaction effects for the remaining factors(F=5.326～108.163,P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychodynamic therapy can significantly improve the personality of patients with schizophrenia in the army.
