摘要
目的:研究陕产具柄重楼根茎的生药学特征。方法:采用形态组织学鉴别方法,研究原植物形态、生药性状和显微特征,用HPLC法测定重楼皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ的总含量。结果:陕产具柄重楼原植物来源清楚。根茎显微特征:横切面有栓化表皮、皮层和显著内皮层、薄壁组织中散布周木式维管束的中柱等结构;生药粉末中含极多单粒淀粉,常见草酸钙针晶,环纹和网纹导管,较少栓化表皮细胞。HPLC法测定4种重楼皂苷的总含量达0.9%以上。结论:陕产具柄重楼来源确定、生药性状稳定,具有特定显微结构,重楼皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ总含量均达到2015版《中国药典》标准。该研究阐释了民间将具柄重楼根茎与《药典》所载中药重楼同名等效使用的合理性,为制订具柄重楼质量标准,寻求中药重楼替代资源、有效指导重楼中药材种植奠定了基础。
        Objective: To research the characteristics of pharmacognosy of rhizome crude medicine of Paris fargesii Franch. var. petiolata(Baker ex C.H.Wright) Wang et Tang from Shaanxi province. Methods: The morphology, pharmacognosy and microscopical characteristics of Paris fargesii Franch. var. petiolata(Baker ex C.H.Wright) Wang et Tang from Shaanxi province are studied by morphology and histology identification. And HPLC was adopted in the content determination of the total content of 4 saponins(polyphyllins Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅵ and Ⅶ). Results: The plant origin of Paris fargesii Franch. var. petiolata(Baker ex C.H.Wright) Wang et Tang from Shaanxi province was explicit. The microscopic characteristics of the rhizome as follows: In the transection section,suberificationepidermis, cortex and remarkable endodermis, and some stele of amphivasal vascular bundle in the parenchyma tissue were observed. And a great manysimple starch grains were observed in the powder, common caiciumoxialate acicular crystal, annular vessel and reiculate vessel, and small amount of suberziration epidermis cells were observed in the medical material power. In addition, the total content of 4 saponins(polyphyllinsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅵ andⅦ) reached 0.9%. Conclusion: Paris fargesii Franch. var. petiolata(Baker ex C.H.Wright) Wang et Tang from Shaanxi province have definiteorigin sources, stable pharmacognosical characteristics and specific microstructures, and content of 4 saponins(polyphyllins Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅵ and Ⅶ) metthe requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015). The results explain that the Paris fargesii Franch. var. petiolata(Baker ex C.H.Wright) Wang et Tang use as PARIDIS RHIZOMAE recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015) is reasonable, and may lay a foundation for formulating the quality standard of Paris fargesii Franch. var. petiolata(Baker ex C.H.Wright) Wang et Tang, developing alternative resources of PARIDIS RHIZOMAE, and directing the planting of Paris sp.
