调制解调器外壳注射模设计

摘要
通过对调制解调器壳体的结构和工艺性分析,介绍了其注射模的结构设计、工作过程、模具设计难点、滑块抽芯机构的设计原理。经生产企业验证,该模具结构设计合理,完全满足调制解调器壳体的结构和工艺性要求。可供从事注射模设计和制造的工程技术人员参考和借鉴。
By analyzing the structure and process characters of modem housing to introduce the structural design, working principle and the difficulty of mold design.
