摘要
在烟草打叶复烤加工过程中,水分和温度一直是其中研究的重点问题。而控制好烟叶流量稳定性,能够较好的促进水分、温度的控制,同时稳定性的流量有利于解决打叶复烤加工中存在的许多问题。设计仓式喂料系统能够明显的改善流量均匀和稳定性,在烟叶生产加工中起到了极为重要的作用。本次设计仓式喂料系统结构并对烟叶流量进行重新设计,进一步提升烟叶流量稳定性。
        In the process of tobacco leaf threshing, moisture and temperature have always been the key issues in the research. Controlling the flow stability of tobacco leaves can better promote the control of water and temperature, and the flow rate of stability is beneficial to solve many problems in the processing of threshing. Among them, the warehouse feeding system plays an extremely important role in the production, and the system can obviously improve the uniformity of flow uniformity. The design of the warehouse feed system has been redesigned to further improve the flow stability and play an important role in the overall process control of the threshing and re-baking.
