摘要
以陕北中低温煤焦油<360℃的馏分油为原料,Ni Mo/Al_2O_3为催化剂,在实验室小型固定床反应器上进行加氢试验。考察反应温度、反应压力和空速对产品收率及性质的影响,结果表明,较高的反应温度和反应压力及较低空速有利于提高加氢产品油中火箭煤油收率。将所得加氢产品油中(192~255)℃馏分作为火箭煤油产物进行检测分析,各项指标均满足GJB 8087-2013(液体火箭发动机用煤油安全应用准则)要求。以煤焦油为原料制备煤基火箭煤油,不仅为煤焦油的综合利用提供了新途径,同时拓宽了火箭煤油的生产来源。
        Hydrogenation was studied in a small fixed bed reactor over Ni-Mo/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst using mid-low-temperature coal tar distillates below 360 ℃ as raw material. Effects of reaction temperature,reaction pressure,and liquid hourly space velocity on yield and property of product was investigated. The results showed that high reaction temperature and pressure,low space velocity were in favor of improving rocket kerosene fraction yield in oil hydrogenation products. The distillates of( 192-255) ℃ were analyzed to meet the requirements of GJB 8087-2013( liquid rocket engine with kerosene safety application criterion). The preparation of coal-based rocket kerosene from coal tar not only provides a new way for the comprehensive utilization of coal tar,but also broadens the source of rocket kerosene.
